From first call to a finished, glossy floor — a simple three-step process with surface prep done properly, every time.
Request a free quote
Call 021 802 2861 or send a quick request through the quote form with your suburb and a photo of the floor. Tell us the space — garage, home, showroom or warehouse — and the look you're after. There's no call-out fee and no obligation.
Free on-site assessment
We visit, measure the area accurately, inspect the concrete and advise on the preparation it needs. You'll see finish options — solid-colour, flake, metallic or a heavy-duty industrial system — and get honest guidance on what suits your space and budget.
Your quote & professional installation
You receive a clear, written quote with a fixed price. Once you're happy, we prepare the slab, apply the coats and finish with a hard-wearing, glossy floor — installed cleanly and on schedule.
Why surface prep makes or breaks an epoxy floor
A premium epoxy is only as good as the concrete it's bonded to. Proper preparation is where a floor that lasts a decade is won or lost — so we never cut corners on it. It also decides what can stay and what has to go: whether epoxy can go over existing tiles comes down to what the assessment finds under your feet.
Diamond grinding
We mechanically grind the slab to open the concrete's pores so the epoxy bonds properly. This is the single biggest factor in a floor that lasts — coating over an unprepared surface is why cheap epoxy peels.
Crack & pit repair
We fill and level cracks, chips and pitting before any colour goes down, so the finished floor is smooth and structurally sound.
Moisture & contamination checks
We deal with oil, old sealers and rising damp first. Skipping this is the most common cause of epoxy failure, so we never do.
How long does it take?
Most domestic floors — a single or double garage — are prepped and coated over two to three days, with curing time between coats. A metallic or multi-coat decorative system, or a larger commercial space, takes a little longer. We confirm a realistic timeline at your on-site assessment so you can plan around it.
Epoxy needs time to cure before it carries foot and vehicle traffic, so the team will tell you exactly when you can walk on it and when you can park on it. To budget the job first, see our epoxy flooring pricing.
